The Importance of Hair Care

So, how do you take care of your own hair? Follow these 5 simple rules:

  1. Don’t use too much heat on your hair – too much heat can ultimately do a lot more harm than good to your overall hair health – causing breakage. Constantly heating and cooling will weaken the hair, leading it to break.
  2. Utilize our hair growth oil – if you suffer from hair loss or thinning hair, then you know that the struggle is real! This product should be applied regularly, 1-2 times per week. Simply massage into your scalp for 2 minutes and leave it for at least 30 minutes or even better, overnight!
  3. Make your own hair mask from mashed up bananas and avocados – peel and mash the banana with a fork in a bowl along with the pitted avocado. Mix until the mixture has an even texture and consistency. Apply the hair mask, paying special attention to your ends and damaged spots of your hair.
  4. Do you use too much product on your hair? You can reset things by mixing 1 part apple cider vinegar with 3-part water and spray it onto your hair before your shower or in the shower.
  5. Wash your hair brushes and combs regularly, clearing them from leftover hair and debris frequently. Keep your best tools clean to promote cleanliness and healthy hair.
